Day 1

Preparation

Thorough surface preparation — including grinding, cleaning, and priming — creates the engineered foundation every quality coating system requires.

The design is cut and masked on the ground slab before any flake goes down — a second flake colour and an added masking step, set out on site.

Day 1 – Day 2

Application

We apply the base coat, broadcast the finish you chose, and close the system with a UV-stable polyaspartic clear coat built for long-term durability.

Four layers, bottom to top: your slab, ground clean and profiled — a bonding base coat — the finish you choose — and a clear protective topcoat over all of it. A mil is one thousandth of an inch, so the finished stack lands at roughly the thickness of a credit card.

Every install is verified against installation and curing standards before the space goes back into service.

Coverage

Full-surface inspection against the agreed system — edges, coves and transitions included.

Cure

Foot traffic after 24 hours. Vehicle traffic once the coating is fully cured.
